Most actions are quick to sort. Every subscriber gets access to the SiteScanly Client Portal. From there, you can open the Stripe billing area to update payment details or cancel your subscription. We still never take card details by email.’

To resolve your request quickly, include:

* The email address used at checkout
* Your website URL
* What you want to change (and when you want it to take effect)
* Any invoice or receipt reference (if you have it)
